As a software engineer I am responsible for developing/maintaining many internal business process applications. I was a member of a team that built our in-house change request automation platform, customer ticket system, internal IaaS platform services, and an ssh gateway/proxy.

As a developer, it was my job to communicate with the clients and project manager to provide working solutions. We used an MVC framework running on top of a LAMP stack to facilitate most of our web applications. I led multiple teams through various projects. I was also a system administrator for over 40 production servers running Linux.

As a desktop specialist I provided customer support, troubleshooting, and customer specific computer solutions. I provisioned and deployed new computers. It was my responsibility to ensure the end user had everything required to perform their job as efficiently as possible.

It was my responsibility to provide the team with any technology needs required. I built many custom systems and I wrote several programs for automated data analysis and tracking. I obtained a security clearance.
